France and Netherlands most opposed to Ukraine's fast-track EU membership

France and the Netherlands are the most vocal opponents of Ukraine's fast-track accession to the EU, according to the Euractiv portal, citing a source in Brussels. "Albania has already waited 11 years, so why should we do it for Ukraine in three weeks?" a European diplomat told the portal, explaining France's and the Netherlands' position on the issue.
