Fried crickets may appear on the menu at the NASB cafe

NASB head Vladimir Karanik tried fried crickets and approved adding them to the menu of the 'Akademicheskaya' cafe. The dish may also be presented at the science festival on September 5–6 in the Botanical Garden. Crickets taste like crispy salty chips with a slight bitterness.
