From November 1, entry to Kazakhstan becomes paid for Belarusians

From November 1, citizens of visa-free countries, including Belarus, will need an electronic entry permit to enter Kazakhstan. If applied for in advance, the fee will be 3,900 tenge (about 25 rubles). If obtained at the border, the cost will be doubled — 7,800 tenge (about 50 rubles).
