From November 16, vehicle inspections in Belarus will follow new rules.

When selling a vehicle, a new inspection will not be required if the current permit has not expired. Data about it will be automatically transferred from Beltechosmotr to the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

It will also be possible to obtain a duplicate of a lost or damaged permit, and to update the document when changing the vehicle's license plate number.
