From October 15, Belarusians can report minor car accidents via web app without police

Starting October 15, minor traffic accidents in Belarus involving two vehicles can be documented via a web application without calling the traffic police. Conditions: both drivers must be sober, have valid licenses and insurance, no injuries, mutual agreement on fault, and damages not exceeding 150 base units. The process takes about three minutes. A hotline number 140 is available for consultations.
