From October 15, traffic accidents in Belarus can be registered online without calling police

A web application for electronic European protocols has been launched. Drivers no longer need paper forms and a pen — the service automatically checks data and warns of errors. Traffic accidents can be registered via the website of the Belarusian Bureau for Transport Insurance. For inquiries, short number 140 is available.
