GAI proposes restricting truck traffic on Minsk Ring Road

To improve safety, the GAI plans to ban vehicles weighing over 3.5 tons from using the second lane of the outer ring of the Minsk Ring Road on the sections from Leytenanta Kizhevatava Street to Svislochskaya and from Dolginovskiy Trakt to Pobediteley Avenue.

According to the GAI, traffic intensity on the MKAД already exceeds its designed capacity, affecting accident rates and contributing to traffic jams.
