GMC driver fails to yield to pedestrian in Minsk

According to traffic police, a 49-year-old driver was moving along Plekhanova Street near house No. 73 and did not yield to a pedestrian crossing the road at an unregulated pedestrian crossing while passing the intersection. At the time of the incident, the traffic light was operating in flashing yellow mode. The driver was fined 900 rubles.
