Grodno Becomes First Belarusian City to Halt E-Scooter and Bike Rentals

Grodno has become the first city in Belarus to refuse e-scooter and bicycle rental services. The decision was driven by narrow streets in the historic city center and complaints about speed and parking. In a survey, 72% of residents supported ending the rental services. However, the decision is not final, as no contract has yet been signed with rental operators. If residents wish to bring the service back, the issue will be reconsidered.
