Head-on collision on highway in Ostravets district claims lives of two teens

According to the authorities, today at around 15:30 on the R52 road Goza — Ostravets — Oshmyany near the village of Digieva, a 20-year-old driver of an Audi, according to preliminary information, drove onto the oncoming lane and collided head-on with a Chevrolet.

Two passengers in the Audi — a 15-year-old girl and a 17-year-old boy — died. Five more people from both vehicles were hospitalized with injuries of varying severity.
