Heating to be turned on in homes if temperatures stay below +10°C for three days

Heating in residential buildings will be turned on if the temperature remains below +10°C for three consecutive days. Local executive committees make decisions based on weather conditions in each specific region. The heating season does not start simultaneously across the country. Currently, 87% of social infrastructure in the Vitebsk region is connected, and 97% in Minsk. All regions are ready for the heating season.
