Heavy rains and wind cause power outages in Vitebsk region

Heavy rains and wind have caused power supply disruptions in the Vitebsk region.

The worst affected areas are Dokshitsy and Postavy districts, where the largest number of outages have been recorded.

A special operating mode has been introduced at RUP 'Vitebskenergo'.
