Historic house on Nemiga auctioned for 2.6 million rubles

The three-storey building at Rakovskaya, 12a, is over 200 years old. It currently houses regular offices, and the building is recognized as a historical and cultural asset.

The auction will take place on October 14. The new owner will be required to preserve the building and sign a preservation agreement.
