Human remains found under 19th-century church floor in Hrodna region

Workers discovered human remains during the reconstruction of the Church of the Ascension in the Hrodna region. The bone fragments were found under the concrete floor, in a layer of sand fill. The remains have been sent for analysis. Experts will determine the age, sex, and approximate date of burial, as well as assess the possibility of identification. A check is being carried out regarding the discovery of the remains.
