The parents of Maxim Chernov, his wife Olga, Andrey Neverov, and Ekaterina are sounding the alarm: their children — former classmates and groupmates — are being prosecuted for ordinary entrepreneurial activity.

Their son had an individual entrepreneurship (IP), and the “quick money” scheme through buying back equipment operated from 2022 to 2024. According to the parents, there were about 30,000 customers, but not a single independent complaint from victims was filed with the police. 🤔

More than 5,000 people were summoned as witnesses, and only 237 of them were recognized as victims. All of them were “found” by the investigation — none came forward on their own. The parents are convinced their children were artificially made guilty.

The main question they are asking the President: how, with 30,000 customers and a complete absence of victim complaints, did 237 people suddenly become “victims”?
