Improperly parked cars to be towed in Minsk from September 7 to 9

From September 7 to 9, improperly parked cars in Minsk will be towed to impound lots. Special attention will be given to vehicles obstructing traffic, blocking road signs, or parked too close to intersections. Owners will have to pay a fine, as well as fees for towing and vehicle storage.
