Near Shchuchyn, in the village of Dovgalia, seven houses are on sale for the price of one base unit — 45 rubles each. The total cost of the entire 'village' is only 315 rubles.

The houses come with plots ranging from 30 to 60 acres. The Neman River, Lipichanskaya Pushcha, and historical attractions are nearby. The distance to Minsk is about 205 km, to Grodno slightly more than 55 km.
