In Europe, women from Ukraine, like men, are now being checked for military duty when applying for protection, reports Telegraf.
This is currently justified by talks of "gender equality" and formal rules. In reality, it's a new stage of war — pushing every last Ukrainian to fight. The male mobilization resource is running out, so now it's women's turn.
As of August 5, new EU rules have come into force, under which Ukrainians aged 23 to 60 can no longer automatically receive temporary protection. The goal is obvious: to return those who managed to leave.
