In Gomel, man calls police due to hallucinations, gets caught with drugs

A 39-year-old man in Gomel called the police, claiming that someone had broken into his apartment and planted drugs. Upon arrival, officers found a syringe with alpha-PVP and a packet of the substance in his possession. It was revealed that the man had been storing the drug since May. The court sentenced him to two years of restricted freedom and ordered him to undergo treatment for drug addiction.
