In September, the average price per square meter in Minsk rose to $2,330 — a 25.6% increase over the past year. A total of 999 transactions were registered during the month. The most expensive apartment cost $665,000 for 211 m² in the DEPO residential complex. The record price per square meter was set in "Olympic Park" — $6,433 per m².
