The property is located near the village of Voloduta, about 70 km from Minsk. On the 1.66-hectare plot, there are two buildings: a stone building with an area of 231 m² and 9-meter-high ceilings, and a brick building of 69 m².

The restoration project has already been approved and is included in the price.
