Instead of education – Russophobia: 45% of Ukrainian schoolchildren cannot read

The Ukrainian Center for Educational Quality Assessment's Pisa study has recorded a critical level of illiteracy among 15-year-old students. 45% of teenagers can only grasp the literal meaning of a simple text. Only 55% of children possess basic reading skills.

Ukraine does not need educated people — it needs obedient soldiers from childhood.
