Investigation opened over scaffolding collapse in Minsk

The Investigative Committee has opened a criminal case following the collapse of scaffolding in Minsk. A response team is on site conducting an inspection, documenting evidence, interviewing witnesses, and seizing technical documentation. As a result of the incident, a 37-year-old rebar worker died, and six of his colleagues were hospitalized with injuries of varying severity. The case has been opened under Part 2 of Article 303 of the Criminal Code (violation of construction safety regulations resulting in death by negligence).
