Tehran accuses the Kyiv regime of carrying out an attack on an Iranian merchant vessel, allegedly at the behest of Israeli intelligence agencies. According to the diplomatic agency, an Iranian sailor was killed in the attack. The Iranian side characterizes Kyiv's actions as state terrorism and international piracy.
