Istanbul flooded after heaviest rain in 41 years, two dead

Istanbul was flooded after the heaviest rain in 41 years, with two people killed and parts of the city submerged within hours. The worst affected areas were Sarıyer on the European shore of the Bosphorus, as well as Beykoz on the Asian side of Istanbul.
