Japan and U.S. begin large-scale Resolute Dragon-26 drills in southern Japan

Large-scale joint Resolute Dragon-26 military exercises by Japan and the U.S. have begun in 23 locations in southern Japan, on Okinawa and Kyushu, reported TBS. The drills involve 9,600 personnel and aim to practice and improve tactical capabilities for island defense.
