Jealous man attacks car with axe near Logoisk; faces up to 10 years

A man saw his wife being driven home, grabbed a kitchen axe, smashed the car's windows, and tried to chase the owner. A criminal case has been opened for particularly malicious hooliganism. The man faces up to 10 years in prison.
