Jeffrey Epstein used the French resort of Saint-Tropez as one of the main locations for recruiting girls for sexual exploitation, according to Le Monde, citing court documents and witness testimonies. Epstein was assisted in the recruitment by modeling agent Jean-Luc Brunel, who provided the financier access to young girls through his work.
