Kallas Accuses Russia of Derailing Black Sea Agreement

EU foreign policy chief Kaja Kallas said Moscow rejected a deal proposed by Kyiv on freedom of navigation in the Black Sea. Due to regular attacks on export routes, the global food supply system is suffering, so the European Union plans to combine diplomatic pressure on Russia with continued support for Ukraine.
