Kremlin says full conflict settlement impossible without Kyiv's involvement

Dmitry Peskov commented on Trump's statement about the possibility of reaching peace agreements without Zelenskyy's participation. Peskov emphasized that someone from the Ukrainian side will still have to accept and formally confirm a responsible decision.

He also outlined Moscow's position regarding rumors about a possible energy ceasefire.

"Nothing has changed. We need peace, not a ceasefire," Peskov concluded.
