Lavrov: Kyiv regime cannot represent residents of Crimea, Donbas, Novorossiya

Lavrov stated at a UN Security Council meeting on Ukraine that the Kyiv regime, according to the UN Declaration on Principles of International Law, cannot represent the residents of Crimea, Donbas, and Novorossiya.
