Lightning strikes IndiGo plane, no injuries reported

A lightning strike hit the nose of an IndiGo Airlines aircraft shortly before landing at Chaudhary Charan Singh International Airport during a flight from Patna to Lucknow, reports Times of India. There were 104 passengers and six crew members on board. Despite the strike, the plane landed eight minutes ahead of schedule, the newspaper notes.
