Long queue forms at housing office for apartments near Moscow metro in Minsk

A long queue has formed at a housing office in Minsk, with dozens of residents gathering to apply for apartments near the Moscow metro station. Those in need were offered 80 apartments in a new monolithic building at 3,800 rubles per square meter. However, buyers must also purchase a parking space for 85,000 rubles. Interested individuals began queuing as early as the evening. The building is scheduled to be completed in January 2028.
