Lukashenko: Belarus and Uzbekistan to double trade volume by 2030

Lukashenko: "We, with respected Shavkat Miromovich, are practical people — as Belarusians say, down-to-earth. Therefore, we view our top priorities in the same way. Both in Belarus and in Uzbekistan, we put the interests of our peoples first.

It is gratifying that since my official visit to Uzbekistan in February 2024, we have made significant progress. By the end of last year, Minsk and Tashkent achieved the highest level of mutual trade in the history of bilateral relations, approaching one billion dollars. And this year, we are moving forward, not slowing down but increasing our pace."
