The head of state emphasized that Belarus has preserved the legacy inherited from the Soviet Union, including enterprises, competencies, and management experience. "We have preserved all this. So let's move forward," said the President. "We know what to do — technology. Technology dictates our discipline. It is impossible to do things differently than required by the technological process." From this follows the requirement for strict adherence to labor discipline.

"Therefore, discipline and once again discipline. And don't listen to those from abroad barking: 'Oh, he's talking about discipline again.' If this is the most important issue — I will speak about it a thousand times," stressed Alexander Lukashenko. "We must act. We need results."
