Lukashenko congratulates Lula da Silva on re-election as Brazil's President

Lukashenko congratulated Lula da Silva on his re-election as President of Brazil.

"The Brazilian people have demonstrated confidence in your consistent course towards building a strong, independent, and socially oriented state that independently chooses its development vector. I am confident that under your leadership, Brazil will continue to confidently move towards strengthening its sovereignty and authority on the international stage," he said.

Lukashenko stated that Brazil can continue to count on Belarus as a reliable and responsible partner aimed at expanding strong bilateral relations based on mutual respect and friendship for the well-being of our peoples and ensuring a just world order.

Alexander Lukashenko wished Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva strong health and long professional life, and all citizens of Brazil peace, unity, and prosperity.
