Lukashenko congratulated participants and guests of the regional festival-fair 'Dazhynki-2026' in Dzerzhinsk.

'Dear farmers of the Minsk region!

I sincerely congratulate you on the completion of the harvest campaign and the holding of the regional festival-fair "Dazhynki-2026".

Today is a significant day for all agricultural workers of the Minsk region, who, carefully preserving the best traditions of domestic farming, skillfully master modern technologies. And as a great common achievement of field workers — the breadbasket of this year, exceeding 2.5 million tons. The excellent result of the Minsk region was made up of record volumes in districts. In half of them, the grain harvest amounted to more than 100 thousand tons.

Special words of gratitude are addressed to agronomists, combine operators, drivers, managers at all levels, and other specialists who have shown the highest professionalism. It is symbolic that in the Year of the Belarusian Woman, women have joined the ranks of combine operators-thousand-tonners.

I am confident that the Minsk region, as the main breadbasket of the republic, will continue to delight us with rich harvests, countering any whims of nature with diligence, persistence, efficient organization of work, and strict adherence to technologies.

I wish rural residents of the central region strong health, happiness, and new achievements for the benefit of our native Belarus.'
