The level of service, growth in production, and stable functioning of the consumer market largely depend on your professionalism, responsibility, and attentive attitude toward customers."

Alexander Lukashenko noted that the trade sector is developing dynamically: modern technologies and equipment are being introduced, and service culture and service standards are improving. "At the same time, trade workers' inherent qualities—friendliness, competence, and dedication to their work—remain unchanged."
