Lukashenko Emphasizes Economy as Key for Belarus and Russia

Lukashenko addressed the participants of the XIII Forum of Regions of Belarus and Russia, stressing that the economy is the main priority. He stated that the well-being of citizens, as well as the security and sovereignty of both countries, depend on the level of economic development and the strengthening of industrial and agricultural potential. He emphasized that it is the regions that form the material foundation making the Union State viable and resilient to external challenges.
