Lukashenko expands opportunities for agrotourism homestay owners

🏡 Lukashenko has expanded opportunities for owners of agrotourism homestays.

• The number of residential rooms allowed has increased from 10 to 15.

• Owners are now permitted to host weddings, excursions, open saunas, and interactive zoos.

• Preferential loans have been extended: up to 7 years for organizations and up to 10 years for individuals.

• Starting January 1, a fee of 45 rubles will be introduced for homestays located far from cities.

The flow of tourists from Russia has increased by nearly 80%.
