Lukashenko explains sending negligent farmers to military service

"This is not to scare anyone or replenish army ranks. If you don't want to work in this job, we'll test you in another — normal men's and women's work: in the army. There are mosquitoes, midges, and so on. Let them serve there. This is not some mockery of people; we are simply giving an opportunity to prove themselves in another job — a tough male job," the Head of State explained.
