"See who you will be working with. Don't rush. Don't break things recklessly — power must be smart above all. But if you see you can't work with people because they don't want to work, all methods are defined."

📕 Discipline:

"First of all, technological discipline. If it's required to sow by a certain deadline — sow it. If it's time to harvest — harvest it, even if you die, but harvest."
