Lukashenko gives guidance to new local officials on key priorities

Lukashenko has outlined key priorities for newly appointed heads of local authorities.

🌾 Harvest campaign:

"Appropriate tactics are needed. Peasants must be assisted by city dwellers and everyone else who can help. The crops in the fields are excellent, they must be grabbed, not just harvested, but grabbed."

🏗 Construction and housing utilities:

"These are our most difficult issues, and there are many complaints from people. I expect everything to be in order under your leadership."

🤝 Personnel management:

"See who you will be working with. Don’t rush. Don’t break things recklessly—power must be smart above all. But if you see that you cannot work with people because they don’t want to work, all methods are defined."

📕 Discipline:

"First and foremost, technological discipline. If you're supposed to sow by these deadlines—sow. If you're supposed to harvest—harvest, even if you die, but harvest."
