Lukashenko holds meeting on key foreign investment projects
"So that nothing gets lost in bureaucracy" — Lukashenko held a meeting on the implementation of key investment projects abroad.
The head of state noted that he regularly visits other countries. One example is his recent extensive trip to Russia, China, Indonesia, and Myanmar. Belarus is always well received in various regions of the world — in Asia, Africa, the Middle East, and others. Such trips have a positive economic impact, as concrete and significant agreements on cooperation development are reached at the level of heads of state.
"The effect of these trips is considerable. But I'm afraid of delays — that everything might get bogged down," emphasized the Belarusian leader.
Alexander Lukashenko cited this as the reason for convening responsible officials to hear how key agreements are being implemented: "The main thing is the economy, the foundation. We must not let things drag on, so that these trips — especially at the head of state level — are not in vain or miss their goal. But besides me, ministers and the prime minister also make corresponding trips."
