Lukashenko: Main thing is not results but prospects

But first and foremost, the Head of State congratulated Vladimir Kukharev on the anniversary of his appointment as head of Minsk, marking his sixth year in the position.

"Vladimir Yevgenyevich, it's your anniversary today, congratulations. They say you've been working exactly six years as head of the Hero City of Minsk. You could sum up some results. But the main thing is not the results, the main thing is prospects," said Alexander Lukashenko.
