Lukashenko: Market Expansion Requires Production Relocation and Cooperation
Lukashenko: "It has long been known that for successful market expansion, especially to distant markets, simple trade is no longer enough. The task is solved through cooperation, relocating final production stages closer to consumers, and creating local or joint logistics and production facilities. Everyone is trying to attract manufacturing — either using Belarusian technologies or, as we are doing, Chinese technologies — and establish enterprises locally. We already have the tools to achieve these goals, and much has been done in recent months. These documents must not lie dormant but must serve as immediate guidance for action, without delay. In my personal assessment, we are still turning around far too slowly."
