Lukashenko: Multivector policy does not distance Belarus from Russia

Lukashenko: "I've said many times that a multivector foreign policy in no way distances us from the Russian Federation. Our fate is such — we are located in the center of Europe, as I often say, neighbours are given by God, you don't choose them, and you must strive to maintain good relations with them, which we do. The West does not want such relations with us — God be with them, that's their business. But Russia, no matter who we speak with (I've recently discussed this even with Americans), is always set apart, along with the People's Republic of China."

"These are the people who have always reached out to us, supported us. We will respond in kind to our Russian brothers, citizens of China, and others in the East."
