Lukashenko reports planned meeting with Putin and upcoming foreign trip

Alexander Lukashenko said he had spoken with Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin ahead of his upcoming meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin, where they would discuss unresolved intergovernmental issues and problematic aspects of bilateral relations. Speaking during a report by Belarusian Prime Minister Alexander Turchin, Lukashenko highlighted key topics including industry, agriculture, and the upcoming XIII Forum of Regions of Belarus and Russia, to be held in Minsk and the Minsk Region. He stressed the need for strict oversight of industrial performance to ensure budget revenues amid difficult times, and emphasized that every piece of agricultural equipment must be fully staffed, 'even if they are in space.' The Forum, he noted, is an important platform for discussing both current and strategic matters.
