Lukashenko Reveals Agreement with Putin on Nitrogen Plant, Suggests Involving US

"I agreed with Vladimir Vladimirovich that Gazprom will join us in implementing the project to build a nitrogen plant. We should offer it to the Americans. They want fertilizers — nitrogen ones included — fine, let's build it together. Using your technology. You, Gazprom, and Belarus. We already have a site selected, all utilities are in place. If not — we'll build it with Gazprom and the Russians, and sell the finished product," said Alexander Lukashenko.
