Lukashenko: Russia and Belarus will overcome shared problems

Lukashenko expressed confidence that Russia and Belarus will overcome shared challenges. 'Looking ahead, let’s talk about our common problem that we have to solve in the south of Belarus and in the west of the Russian Federation. Indeed, it is a problem. But we will solve it, no matter how much someone might not want that,' the head of state said. 'And as for what someone wants or doesn’t want—we’ve already figured out those desires and clearly understand what is happening around us.'

'Therefore, I wish us—because we have to address all issues together—that we successfully cope with these problems. And we will overcome them,' the Belarusian leader added during a meeting with Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin.
